  • Is there a contract to sign for bathroom trailer rentals?

Yes. Upon confirmation of your event date(s) and selection of bathroom trailer rentals, we will send a rental contract via email for your signature.
  • How much power does a fancy porta potty trailer require?

Each trailer necessitates a dedicated 110V 20-amp power source within 100 feet of its placement. For locations without available power, we offer rental generators that are quiet and convenient. These generators come fully fueled, but for extended use, refueling responsibility falls to the client. Please note that power requirements increase during the winter months due to tank and water line heating needs.
  • What are the restroom trailer water requirements?

A standard garden hose water faucet outlet is required within 50 feet of the trailer. We maintain the garden hose connection to the trailer throughout your rental period. For winter rentals, we provide an anti-freeze hose that requires a nearby 110V power outlet. In situations where a continuous hose connection is not feasible, our team will utilize your water outlet to fill the onboard tank upon delivery, incurring a small additional fee. This allows for trailer use without a constant hose connection. For more information about restroom trailer rental logistics, please reach out to our team.
  • How do restroom trailer deliveries work, and is there an additional fee?

For deliveries within a 50-mile radius of our facility, we charge a transportation fee of $4 per mile (one way). Deliveries beyond this 50-mile radius incur an additional pickup fee of $4 per mile. To determine your specific delivery charge, please contact us with your delivery address details.
  • Where can you park and set up the trailer?

The trailer requires a relatively level and flat surface for setup, free from trees and branches. The path to the setup location must have a minimum overhead clearance of 10 feet from buildings and tree branches.
  • What about restroom trailer sewage pumping? What if the unit overfills? How do we monitor overall usage?

For short-term events, sewage pumping or fresh water refilling during the event is typically unnecessary. Our team will discuss your event duration and expected guest count to ensure appropriate trailer selection. For larger events and long-term rentals, we can provide a restroom monitor/concierge. Otherwise, the client is responsible for monitoring usage and arranging our pumping service before sewage overflow occurs. Our team can provide detailed instructions on the best procedures for this.
  • What is a handicapped accessible ADA-compliant porta potty?

According to the ADA website, when portable toilets are provided for event participants, a minimum of 5% of all units, but never less than one, must be accessible. For multiple toilet clusters at various event locations, 5% of units in each cluster should be accessible. These units must be equipped with all required accessible elements, including maneuvering space, grab bars, and reachable toilet paper dispensers. When not all units are accessible, the international symbol of accessibility must be displayed on accessible units. Accessible toilet rooms must have a 5-foot diameter clear floor area or a 3-foot wide T-shaped clear floor area for wheelchair turning. Doors should provide a 32-inch clear opening to accommodate wheelchair users and other mobility aids.
